We have our different realities, even when are exposed to the same environment, society and circumstances the way we interpret our reality is way different than the other. Just like how I’ll be so delighted if someone hands me a dog to pet, while others find it terrifying, or maybe they just prefer cats.
We have to agree that all of us will disagree on certain or a lot of matters, no matter how much we try to bridge the gap there will be challenges in getting to understand the other perspective, which I guess makes our lives interesting, challenging and if I may, fun. My family have an on going differences about the Covid-19 vaccine, we are divided in what we believe in, some believes, that it is really harmful and it is just a propaganda, and some believes, that they need it, to keep theirselves protected. Can you imagine how it looks like when they found out that I’m scheduled to get a vaccine, it was an exhausting argument.
The fear of knowing someone can get sick with the virus or from the vaccine is terrifying and we all are coming from the same intention of making sure that we are all safe, we might have different approach on how we protect ourselves, in the end we end up just respecting each others beliefs, try not to impose our own biases to each other and regardless what we chose to do, we are all still a family.
I wished that other family family who have this dilemma will come to the understanding and respecting the differences of one another, the talk of opposing sides can be challenging given the fact that emotions will be involved. I’m hoping that regardless what will be the decision of anyone that you know will be respected.
An interesting discussion is definitely worth comment. I do believe that you should publish more about this subject, it may not be a taboo matter but typically people dont discuss these subjects. To the next! Many thanks!!
